How to use

Slide the sleeve over the foot so the gel pad sits on top of the foot where your footwear presses. Note: this sleeve is a very firm fit.

Care

Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry. If the gel becomes tacky, dust lightly with talcum powder. Remove for a few hours each day to let skin breathe.
