How to use

Slip over the front of the foot so the toes are covered and the gel sits under the ball of the foot.

Care

Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry. If the gel becomes tacky, dust lightly with talcum powder. Remove for a few hours each day to let skin breathe.
