This item is also part of this kit:

Simple, effective relief for the ball of the foot. These self-adhesive soft-density pads are compression moulded to follow the natural curve of the forefoot, helping to lift and spread the metatarsals and ease pressure under the ball of the foot.

Features

  • Self-adhesive – stick to insoles or orthotics
  • Compression moulded to follow the metatarsal curve
  • Soft-density foam
  • Helps ease ball-of-foot pressure and burning
  • Pack of 5 pairs

How to use

Peel off the backing and place the pad on your insole or orthotic just behind the ball of the foot (not directly under it). Try the position before pressing firmly into place.
