This item is also part of this kit:

Soft, self-adhesive domes that support the arch across the front of your foot. Stick them to your orthotic or insole to help spread the metatarsals and ease pressure and burning under the ball of the foot.

Features

  • Supports the transverse (forefoot) arch
  • Helps ease pressure under the ball of the foot
  • Self-adhesive – attach to orthotics or insoles
  • Top side for targeted support, underside for a gentler feel
  • Size 1: 5 × 30 × 42mm; Size 2: 6 × 38 × 50mm
  • Pack of 5 pairs

How to use

Place the dome just behind the ball of the foot (not directly under it). Try the position before pressing firmly into place. Start with short wear and build up.
