A natural, chemical-free heat pack filled with locally grown wheat and made in South Australia. Warm it in the microwave and the wheat releases a gentle, even heat that helps relieve stiff, aching muscles and joints. It can also be chilled in the freezer as a cold pack.
Features
- Natural wheat filling holds and releases heat evenly
- Neck Contour (63 x 12.5cm): a long, sectioned shape that drapes around the neck and across the shoulders
- Large (38 x 17cm): a generous flat pack for the lower back, hips, knees or tummy
- Reusable again and again, with no gels or chemicals
- Can be stored in the freezer (inside a plastic bag) for cold therapy
- Made in South Australia
How to use
Heat in the microwave in short bursts (start with 1 minute, then add 30 seconds at a time) with a cup of water beside it, until warm but not hot. Shake to spread the heat and test on your inner wrist before use. Do not overheat, never use on broken skin or while sleeping, and do not use on areas with reduced feeling.
Choose your size
Neck Contour for neck and shoulder tension or a stiff shoulder. Large for the lower back, hips and knees.
