Heat & Soothe: Shoulder Arthritis Comfort Kit

Who it's for

For people with an aching, stiff or arthritic shoulder who find warmth helps, and want a reusable heat pack that drapes over the shoulder at home, stick-on heat for stiff mornings and days out, and a no-heat cream for sore spots. If you have a new injury, a lot of swelling or you can't lift your arm at all, see a health professional first.

What's in the box

  • The Wheat Bag neck contour heat pack (63 x 12.5cm): a long, sectioned shape that drapes over the shoulder and neck for gentle, even warmth. Can also be chilled
  • Deep Heat neck & joint heat patches (2 pack): contoured stick-on heat for up to 8 hours over the shoulder and upper back
  • Soodox pain relief cream 100g: a no-heat, low-odour cream designed to help relieve mild arthritis, joint and muscle pain

How to use

  • Heat pack: Heat as directed on the label, check the temperature and drape it over the sore shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat patches: Peel and stick a patch over the shoulder for up to 8 hours of warmth. Don't use a heat patch or heat pack on the same spot straight after applying a cream, and never sleep on a heat product.
  • Cream: Massage a small amount into the sore area as directed on the label. Wash your hands after use.

Questions before you buy

Does the wheat pack fit either shoulder?

Yes. Its long, sectioned shape drapes over either shoulder or around the neck.

Can I use the cream and heat together?

Not on the same spot at the same time. Use the cream at one time of day and heat at another, and always follow the label.

Does this kit include a shoulder brace?

No. This kit focuses on warmth and soothing. If you'd also like light support, the Thermoskin adjustable shoulder support is sold separately in our Shoulder Arthritis collection.

Not sure which size to pick?

Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?

We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.

Can I buy the items separately?

Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
