A thermal wrist and hand brace with a metal splint set at 25 degrees to rest and stabilise the wrist. It's designed to support the wrist and help relieve symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist arthritis and overuse from typing, gripping or gardening.

Sizing
Measure around the wrist joint. XS–S 11–16cm, M 17–19cm, L–XL 20–25cm. Choose the hand you want to wear it on.
How to use
Slide the brace onto your hand with the splint under the wrist, then fasten the straps from the wrist upwards until snug but comfortable. Many people wear it overnight for carpal tunnel symptoms. Hand wash in cool water and dry flat in the shade.
