Rest & Soothe: Hand, Wrist & Carpal Tunnel Comfort Kit

Who it's for

For people with sore, stiff or arthritic wrists and hands, or tingling and aching from carpal tunnel, who want a splinted brace to rest the wrist, a cooling balm for tired hands and stick-on heat for stiff joints. If you have constant numbness or weakness in your hand, see a health professional.

What's in the box

  • Thermoskin thermal wrist hand brace: a warming brace with a removable splint that holds the wrist in a neutral position, designed to support carpal tunnel and sore wrists (choose size and left or right)
  • Active Sports Release Balm 125ml: a cooling muscle and joint balm with kunzea oil and aloe vera for tired, achy hands and forearms
  • Deep Heat neck & joint heat patches (2 pack): contoured stick-on heat for up to 8 hours over stiff wrists, hands or forearms

How to use

  • Wrist brace: Slide the brace on with the splint under the wrist and fasten the straps so it's snug but your fingers stay warm and pink. Many people with carpal tunnel find it helpful at night.
  • Balm: Massage a small amount into the hand, wrist and forearm. Avoid broken skin and wash your hands after use.
  • Heat patches: Peel and stick a patch over the stiff joint for up to 8 hours of warmth. Don't use a heat patch or heat pack on the same spot straight after applying a cream, and never sleep on a heat product.

Questions before you buy

Which wrist brace size should I choose?

Measure around your wrist: XS–S 11–16cm, M 17–19cm, L–XL 20–25cm. Then choose the hand you want to support.

Can I wear the brace at night?

Yes, many people with carpal tunnel wear a wrist splint at night. Make sure it's not so tight that your fingers tingle more.

Can I use the balm and a heat patch together?

Not on the same spot at the same time. Use them at different times and follow the label.

Not sure which size to pick?

Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?

We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.

Can I buy the items separately?

Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
