Foot comfort kit
Heel and arch pain that follows you through the day?
Sound familiar?
- A sharp or aching pain under the heel
- Your arch feels tight and tired after standing
- Walking barefoot on hard floors hurts
- You want relief at work and around the house
How this kit helps: A cushioned arch-support orthotic for your shoes, gel arch and heel supports for around the house, and a spiky massager to roll out a tight arch.
What's in the kit and how each item helps
Footbionics BioMedical Cushion Orthotic Insoles – Full Length Arch Support with 3mm OrthoLite
Supportive arch profile with an extra-thick 3mm OrthoLite layer to cushion sore heels and tired arches.
NatraCure Gel Arch & Heel Supports – Pair of Gel Arch Sleeves with Heel Cushion, One Size
Gel sleeves that hug the arch and cushion the heel, worn barefoot, over socks or in shoes.
ActiPro Spiky Peanut Massager – Soft-Spiked Massage Ball for Back, Neck, Feet & Muscle Tension
Roll it under the arch to massage tight, tired feet at home or at work.
How to use it
- Shoes
Put the orthotic in, heel first, in place of the removable insole. Build up wear time over a week.
- At home
Slide on the arch & heel supports so the gel sits under the heel and the band wraps the arch.
- Anytime
Sit down and roll the massager slowly under your arch from heel to ball of foot for a minute or two.
Why buy it as a kit?
Questions before you buy
Which orthotic size should I choose?
Choose S (Men's 5–6.5 / Women's 7–8.5), M (Men's 7–8.5 / Women's 9–10.5) or L (Men's 9–10.5 / Women's 11–12.5).
What if my pain is worst first thing in the morning?
If your first steps out of bed are the worst, our Heel Pain Night & Day Kit adds a night sock that holds a gentle stretch while you sleep.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Orthotics usually take some getting used to. Wear them for an hour or two on the first day and add a little more time each day; most people build up to full days over one to two weeks. Gel and cushioning items usually feel comfortable straight away. If something causes pain, stop and check with your health professional.
Not sure which size to pick?
Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
