Roll, Rub & Restore: Muscle Recovery Kit

Who it's for

For runners, gym-goers, weekend sport players and anyone with tight, tired muscles after activity. Roll out tight spots, rub in a recovery cream or a cooling balm, and use a long resistance band for gentle stretching and mobility work. If you have a new injury, swelling or pain that doesn't settle, see a health professional.

What's in the box

  • ActiPro spiky peanut massager: a soft-spiked twin ball for rolling calves, feet, the back and either side of the spine
  • Premax Recovery Cream, Sour Cherry, 200ml: a non-greasy sports cream for massaging into tired muscles after exercise
  • Active Sports Release Balm 125ml: a cooling muscle and joint balm for tight, achy areas
  • ActiPro resistance band (5m, Red – Light): a long, light band for assisted stretches, mobility and warm-up exercises

How to use

  • Roll: Roll the peanut massager slowly over tight muscles for a few minutes, using your body weight to adjust the pressure. Avoid bones and injured areas.
  • Rub: After exercise, massage in the recovery cream, or use the cooling balm on tight, achy spots, as directed on the label. Wash your hands after use.
  • Stretch: Use the band for gentle assisted stretches and warm-up exercises. Move slowly and stop if you feel sharp pain.

Questions before you buy

Should I use the cream or the balm?

Use the recovery cream after exercise for general massage, and the cooling balm on specific tight or achy spots. Don't layer both on the same area at the same time.

Is the light band strong enough?

The Red – Light 5m band suits stretching and mobility work for most people. Heavier bands are sold separately if you want to progress.

Can I roll over a sore injury?

No. Avoid bruised, swollen or injured areas, and see a health professional about any new injury.

Not sure which size to pick?

Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?

We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.

Can I buy the items separately?

Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.

Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
