Smooth & Soften: Cracked Heel Care Kit

Who it's for

For people with dry, rough or cracked heels who want an easy at-home routine: gently file back the hard skin, apply a rich urea foot cream, then lock in moisture overnight with gel heel sleeves. If your heels are bleeding, infected or very painful, or you have diabetes or poor circulation, see a podiatrist before filing or treating them yourself.

What's in the box

  • Bailey stainless steel foot file (15cm): dual-sided, with a coarse side for thick, hard skin and a fine side for smoothing
  • Spirularin SR cracked heel cream 75ml: a 20% urea foot cream designed to soften thick, dry skin and help relieve rough, cracked heels
  • NatraCure intense hydrating gel heel sleeves (lavender): slip-on gel sleeves that hold moisture against your heels while you rest or sleep

How to use

  • File: On dry skin, gently rub the coarse side over hard, thickened areas a few times, then smooth with the fine side. Don't file broken, bleeding or sore skin, and don't overdo it.
  • Cream: Massage the heel cream into clean, dry heels once or twice a day as directed on the label. Wash your hands after use.
  • Heel sleeves: After applying cream at night, slip on the gel heel sleeves to help keep the moisture in. Remove them in the morning and wash as directed.

Questions before you buy

How often should I file my heels?

Once or twice a week is plenty for most people. Filing too often or too hard can make the skin thicken back up or become sore.

Can I use this if I have diabetes?

Please see your podiatrist or doctor first. People with diabetes or poor circulation shouldn't file or treat their own heels without professional advice.

My heels are bleeding. Should I use the kit?

Don't file broken or bleeding skin. See a podiatrist or GP if cracks are deep, bleeding, red or painful.

Not sure which size to pick?

Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?

We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.

Can I buy the items separately?

Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.

Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
