How to use it
- Night
Pull the sock on before bed and adjust the strap to a gentle stretch. Loosen it if you feel tingling or discomfort.
- Day
Slide the arch band over the foot so the gel sits under the arch.
- Day
Place a heel cup in each shoe with the soft centre under the sore spot.

Which sizes should I choose?
Choose the night sock in Small, Regular or Large, the arch band in S/M or L/XL, and the heel cups in Small, Medium or Large.
How long until it feels comfortable?
The heel cups and arch band usually feel comfortable from the first wear. Give the night sock a few nights, starting with a light stretch.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
