Foot comfort kit
Sensitive, bony or dry feet that need gentle care?
Sound familiar?
- The balls of your feet feel bony or tender on hard floors
- A toe rubs or takes pressure in your shoes
- Your heels and soles are dry and rough
- You want soft support without hard edges
How this kit helps: A soft, contouring orthotic to help spread pressure, gel sleeves for the ball of the foot, a toe cap for a toe that rubs, and a daily urea lotion for dry skin.

How to use it
- Shoes
Put the orthotic in, heel first, in place of the removable insole. Build up wear time slowly and check your feet each day.
- Ball of foot
Slide a sleeve over the toes so the gel pad sits under the ball of the foot.
- Toe
Slip the gel cap over the toe that rubs. Trim the fabric end if needed.
- Daily
Massage the lotion into dry skin on the feet, avoiding between the toes and any broken skin.
Why buy it as a kit?
Questions before you buy
Is this kit suitable if I have diabetes?
These products are designed to be gentle, but please talk to your podiatrist or doctor before trying new insoles or creams, especially if you have reduced feeling, poor circulation or broken skin. Check your feet every day.
Which sizes should I choose?
Choose the orthotic by shoe size (S, M or L) and the ball of foot sleeve in Small or Medium. The toe cap and lotion are one size.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Orthotics usually take some getting used to. Wear them for an hour or two on the first day and add a little more time each day; most people build up to full days over one to two weeks. Gel and cushioning items usually feel comfortable straight away. If something causes pain, stop and check with your health professional.
Not sure which size to pick?
Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
