What's in the kit and how each item helps
3 × PhysiPod Gel Toe Separators (Pair) – Soft Spacers for Crowded or Hammer Toes, Small or Large
Soft, flexible gel spacers for the smaller toes. Washable and reusable. You get 3 pairs in your chosen size.
How to use it
- Fit
Place the separator between the affected toes and put your shoe on as normal.
- Care
Rinse with warm water and air-dry.

Which size should I choose?
Choose Small for narrower gaps between the toes or Large for bigger toes or wider spaces. All three pairs come in the size you choose.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Soft gel usually feels comfortable straight away. If it feels tight, try the smaller size.

When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
