Foot comfort kit
Tight calves, sore Achilles, rubbing at the back of the heel?
Sound familiar?
- Your calves feel tight, especially first thing in the morning
- The back of your heel or Achilles aches after a walk, run or shift
- Shoes or work boots rub and press on the back of your heel
- Your first steps out of bed feel stiff
How this kit helps: Three products that work together: heel raises take some load off the calf and Achilles in your shoes, a gel sleeve cushions the back of the heel from shoe pressure, and a night sock holds a gentle calf stretch while you sleep.
What's in the kit and how each item helps
Footbionics Heel Raises 8mm – 5 Pairs Foam Heel Lifts for Calf & Achilles Comfort, S, M or L
Lifts the heel slightly to help take load off a tight calf and Achilles. 5 pairs, so you can keep a pair in every shoe.
GelSmart M-Gel Achilles Heel Sleeve – Gel-Lined Heel & Achilles Cushion for Shoe Rubbing
Slim gel pad that cushions the Achilles and the back of the heel against shoe pressure and rubbing.
OAPL Plantar Fasciitis Night Sock – Adjustable Overnight Foot & Calf Stretch Sock, Soft Splint Alternative
Holds a gentle, adjustable stretch through the calf and sole overnight, designed to help ease that morning stiffness.
How to use it
- Day
Place a heel raise under the insole or in the heel of each shoe. Always use them in both shoes, not just one.
- Day
Pull on the Achilles sleeve so the gel pad sits over the Achilles and back of the heel, then put on your sock and shoe.
- Night
Pull on the night sock before bed, fasten the cuff below the knee and tighten the strap to a gentle stretch.
- Tip
Loosen the night sock straight away if you feel tingling, numbness or discomfort. Wash the sleeve and sock by hand and reuse.
Why buy it as a kit?
Questions before you buy
Which sizes should I choose?
Choose each item separately above. Heel raises come in Small (10cm), Medium (10.5cm) and Large (11.25cm) heel widths, so pick the one closest to the width of your shoe's heel. The Achilles sleeve comes in Small–Medium or Large–Extra Large, and the night sock in Small, Regular or Large. Each item's page has its full size guide.
How long until it feels comfortable?
The gel sleeve and heel raises usually feel comfortable from the first wear. Give the night sock a few nights: start with a light stretch and tighten it gradually. Everyone is different, so we can't promise a timeframe for your symptoms. If pain doesn't settle, see a health professional.
Should I see someone first?
If your Achilles pain came on suddenly, you felt a pop or snap, there is swelling or bruising, or you can't rise up on your toes, please see a doctor or physiotherapist before using this kit.
Not sure which size to pick?
Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
