Foot comfort kit
Feet and calves taking a beating from training?
Sound familiar?
- Your arches or heels ache during or after a run
- Calves and feet feel tight the day after training
- Your skin is dry or chafed from sweat, sun and rubbing
- Your current insoles feel flat and unsupportive
How this kit helps: Firm, full-length support in your runners while you train, a spiky massager to roll out tight calves and arches afterwards, and a recovery cream to look after your skin.

- After
Massage the recovery cream into clean skin after training or a shower.
Why buy it as a kit?
Questions before you buy
Which orthotic size should I choose?
Choose your size by shoe size: XS (Men's 3–4.5 / Women's 5–6.5) up to XL (Men's 11–12). You can trim the toe end to fit your shoe.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Orthotics usually take some getting used to. Wear them for an hour or two on the first day and add a little more time each day; most people build up to full days over one to two weeks. Gel and cushioning items usually feel comfortable straight away. If something causes pain, stop and check with your health professional.
Not sure which size to pick?
Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
Please note: these products are designed to support comfort and are not a substitute for medical advice. If pain is severe, came on suddenly, or doesn't settle, please see your GP, podiatrist or physiotherapist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
