Foot comfort kit
A stiff, sore shoulder that won't lift like it used to?
Sound familiar?
- Reaching overhead or behind your back is hard
- The shoulder aches at night
- Getting dressed or doing your hair is a struggle
- Your physio has suggested gentle daily stretches
How this kit helps: Warmth from a wheat pack before you move, a door pulley for gentle assisted shoulder stretches at home, and stick-on heat patches for days out.

Why buy it as a kit?
Questions before you buy
Is a pulley safe for frozen shoulder?
Gentle assisted movement is commonly recommended, but every shoulder is different. Ask your physio or doctor how far and how often to stretch, and stop if you feel sharp pain.
Does the pulley fit my door?
It hooks over the top of most standard internal doors. Use it on a door that closes towards you and keep the door shut while you exercise.
Can I use the wheat pack cold?
Yes. Put it in a plastic bag in the freezer for a cool pack. Most people find warmth more comfortable for a stiff shoulder.
Not sure which size to pick?
Each option above shows the size range for that item, and each item's own page (linked under What's in the kit) has more sizing detail. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
When will my order arrive and what does shipping cost?
We send every order with Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Metro deliveries usually arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is $9.95, or free on orders of $59 or more. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us first; return postage for change of mind is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, gel and silicone items that have been opened or worn, orthotics that have been worn or trimmed, and opened creams or lotions can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, each item is linked under What's in the kit. Buying them together in the kit costs less than buying them one by one at our current prices.
